An Arrival at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport

A group of 43 American travelers arrives on an evening flight at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Each passenger has one cabin bag and one large checked suitcase.

As the plane approaches the airport, our driver parks the 52-seater coach at Koepelstraat, the only authorized coach pickup area at Schiphol.

The driver sends a WhatsApp message to the tour leader with the exact pickup location. Since coach drivers cannot leave their vehicles unattended, this helps the group find the coach easily. Before the trip, our back-office team had already provided a guide on how to locate the pickup area.

After disembarking, clearing passport control, and collecting their luggage, the group arrives at the pickup point 50 minutes after landing. Our rate includes 1 hour of waiting time after touchdown, so there’s no rush.
